Captain Julio Fabián GANDOLFO joined the Naval Academy on February 19, 1981, graduating on December 30, 1985. He specialized in Naval Aviation, He served in the Naval Aviation School, where he carried out the Naval Aviator Course and served as Head of the Teaching Department, Military Professor, Flight Instructor and Test Pilot. As H-3 Sea King Helicopters he participated in many international operations and in ten Antarctic Campaigns achieving a total of 500 hours flown on the white continent. He Commanded the Second Naval Helicopter Squadron (Sea King), the First Naval Aviation Squad and the First Naval Aviation Force. He Commanded the Punta Indio Naval Aviation Base and was Head of the Base´s Airport. In the education area, he served as Head of the Evaluation Division and External Courses Department at the Navy Officers School, as Head of Education at the Naval Aviation School, as Liaison Officer for Teaching at the Military Aviation School of the Argentine Air Force and as Deputy Director of the Navy´s General Directorate of Education. He graduated from the Argentinian Naval War College and from the Argentinian Joint War College. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Naval Air Systems and a Master's Degree in Global Strategy and Security, awarded by the "La Sapienza" University of Rome, together with the Center for Higher Studies for the Defense of the Republic of Italy.¬ He completed the IASD Course (C-46) of Global Strategy on Security and Defense at the Center for Advanced Studies for the Defense of the Republic of Italy (CASD).
Captain Ignacio Martín ERRECABORDE graduated from the Naval Academy in 1986. He is a Surface Warfare Officer, specialized in Communications. As a junior officer he served on board ships of the Naval Transport Command and of the Sea Fleet Command, in the Naval Communications Service and in the Secretariat of the Inter-American Naval Telecommunications Network.
He Commanded the Transport Ship ARA "CABO DE HORNOS" (2005), the Corvette ARA "GUERRICO" (2009 and 2010) and the Training Tall Ship Frigate ARA "LIBERTAD" (2015 AND 2016). During the years 2011 and 2012 he joined the Combined and Joint Staff of the Combined Peace Force - "CRUZ DEL SUR" (Argentina and Chile).
In the education area he performed in the following positions: - Head of the Professional Training Division of the Naval Academy - Head of the Studies Department of the Frigate ARA "LIBERTAD" - Naval Academy Deputy Director.
He completed the Command and Staff Course at the Argentinian Naval War College in 2002.
He holds a university degree in Naval Systems, a Master's in International Relations (Maimónides University of Buenos Aires) and a Master of Science in "National Resource Strategy" (Eisenhower School, National Defense University, Washington DC, United States of America).
Captain Gustavo Adolfo PRINCIPI, joined the Naval Academy on February 2, 1987. During his career he obtained the Underwater Weapons Specialization (Degree in Naval Arm Systems) and approved the Application Course for Naval Officers.
He Commanded the Patrol Boat A.R.A "Baradero", the Supplier A.R.A "Teniente Olivieri", and the Logistic Ship A.R.A "Patagonia". As Captain he served as Head of the Non Commissioned Officers Department of the Directorate of Personnel of the Navy.
In the education area he performed in the following positions: Head of the Studies Department in the Training Tall Ship Frigate A.R.A "Libertad", Head of Instruction Courses Division at the Naval School for Techniques and Tactics.
He graduated from the Command and Naval Staff Course (Argentinian Naval War College), from the Course on General Staff and Joint Planning (Joint War College), and holds a Specialization in Organizations Management (Naval University Institute).
Captain Jorge Bergallo, is a Submariner retired from active duty. During his naval career he commanded the Submarine ARA “San Juan” and the Training Tall Ship Frigate ARA “Libertad”.
The academic positions held by him in the Navy were: - Submarines School Director. - Head of Teaching of the Naval War College. - Deputy Director of the General Directorate of Education of the Navy. - Naval Academy Director. - Directior of the General Directorate of Education of the Navy. He is currently a professor of postgraduate careers at the Belgrano Uiversity (Buenos Aires), at the Universidad Católica Argentina (Argentinian Catholic University) and Director of the Masters in Strategy and International Policy at Maimónides University (Buenos Aires).
He holds a University Degree in Naval Systems, a University Degree in History, a Master in International Relations and a PhD in Political Science. He has published books and articles in his area of knowledge.
